Terms of Service

By using PDF Meta Editor, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service provides browser-local tools for viewing, editing, and removing supported PDF metadata, arranging pages from one PDF onto A4 sheets, rotating selected pages, converting images to one-image-per-page PDFs, and arranging images in PDF collages. PDF tools accept one PDF up to 25 MB. Image tools accept up to 20 JPEG, PNG, or WebP files, 25 MB total, 16 megapixels per image, and 64 megapixels per batch. The current MVP is free and has no account or cloud file storage.

You keep all rights to files processed locally. You are responsible for having authority to process each file, preserving originals, and reviewing any downloaded result before relying on it.

The metadata tools cover standard Document Info and detectable document/page XMP as described on each page. The n-up tool arranges pages from one PDF onto A4 sheets with 2 or 4 pages per sheet. The rotate tool changes stored page rotation angles on selected pages. The image converter writes one supported image per PDF page. The collage tool uses fixed 2-up, 4-up, or 9-up grids. Supported images are redrawn in their browser-displayed orientation; JPEG output is re-encoded, animated PNG and WebP are rejected, and output quality or size can differ from the source. These tools do not guarantee removal or discovery of every custom object, attachment, annotation, revision artifact, visible content item, image metadata field, or external record. Rewriting can change file bytes and size. Signed PDFs are write-protected here.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features and limits may change to maintain security, reliability, or product quality.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or complete metadata discovery or removal.
